Rich has spent most of his adult life working in the media including radio, TV and the motion picture industry. As co-founder of the American Research Corp, he has also conducted national and regional audience research studies with the Gallup Organization.
Currently, he is semi-retired while continuing to record and distribute audiobooks with his own company, Media Arts Institute and services that include Audiobook Producers and Better Life Audio. Rich also founded the Jazz Radio Network in 2010 and is now a programming consultant to the network which includes four distinct Internet radio streams.
Having worked in radio for over thirty years, it was a natural transition to narrating audiobooks. Rich has recorded over 80 audiobooks available through various online retailers.
Rich’s voice can also be heard on the opening of the popular, long-running travel series – Rick Steves, Travels In Europe on PBS.
After more than 25 years living on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, Rich and his family now live in beautiful West Seattle along the shores of Puget Sound.
